Since we are smaller family owned company, we take pride in our customer service. Whether the client is a developer or a home buyer, we are diligent in taking care of everything to keep the project progressing. Since our design work is completed in house, we can quickly complete drawings & have them ready for review by the client or planning board. We do not miss deadline, this is emphasized to everyone in our company. Our drawings are always completed in time for the next submission & our construction projects have not missed a completion deadline in 5 years.
We have detailed information available on our website for each development. Our extensive print & web advertising throughout the region allows us to compete with the national builders. The location of our model home along Rt 213 north of Chestertown is also a great asset, a majority of our buyers check on our register cards "Driving by" when asked how they heard of us.
