We work with many developers on subdivision approvals & marketing & selling of lots within existing investment properties. Our company's ability to sell homes in difficult sales markets has been proven by our year over year increase in sales for the past 7 years. Even during the low times we are able to sell homes. This is due to the high quality home at a reasonable sale price, our customer service & our extensive marketing. Our company'’s goal is to bring back the historical designs at a reasonable price & high quality.

Our strong market presence allows us to receive low prices from subcontractors & supplies, which allows us to include high quality items within a reasonable priced home. Since we are smaller family owned company, we take pride in our customer service. Whether the client is a developer or a home buyer, we are diligent in taking care of everything to keep the project progressing. Since our design work is completed in house, we can quickly complete drawings & have them ready for review by the client or planning board. We do not miss deadline, this is emphasized to everyone in our company. Our drawings are always completed in time for the next submission & our construction projects have not missed a completion deadline in 5 years.

We have detailed information available on our website for each development. Our extensive print & web advertising throughout the region allows us to compete with the national builders. The location of our model home along Rt 213 north of Chestertown is also a great asset, a majority of our buyers check on our register cards "Driving by" when asked how they heard of us. This location allows us to showcase all of our community locations from one central model home.
