Our custom homes designs are to showcase the current designs completed. We can design/build any home design for the same price as long as the square footage and the basic structural design is the same as our showcase designs. This flexibility allows the buyer to build the home to their dream design. Our goal is to build a home which fulfills your dreams.

We offer the same high quality products in our custom homes as in our communities and our price and MONEY BACK completion timeline guarantee. A typical 2,000 square foot custom home will be completed within THREE months including foundation and final mechanical connections. All home prices include custom design and creating 3d models of your home which assists in visualizing the final constructed home.

We will work with you to determine the site feasibility relative to your home design and site work cost. The home prices are turn key homes as per our New Home Construction specifications including front porch and concrete foundation, garages shown on any plans are optional.
