Home Design - JLS has dozens of standard home designs to chose from and our in-house design service allows us to make adjustments and customize houses on the go. Within your contract we include a budget and a general construction specification sheet. These documents set the groundwork that assures all parties understand what is to be built and the cost of each item.

Construction Standards - JLS Design offers standard items of the highest quality. Our products and suppliers are chosen with our buyers in mind. We showcase all of our standard selections in our model home to allow you to see the finishes before buying your home. However, if you desire to upgrade any part of your home, we are happy to accommodate your request.
